Accepting these termsUsing the EldoraCar website, creating an account, or submitting a form means these terms have been read and accepted, and anyone who does not agree with them should stop using the site.
What this site doesEldoraCar offers auto insurance consulting and general information and helps visitors request quote information suited to their vehicle and driving situation, but the site is not an insurance company and does not underwrite policies, so final coverage decisions, pricing, and policy documents always come from the insurer that issues the policy, and nothing here should be treated as legal or financial advice for any specific situation.
Who may use the servicesThe services are meant for U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age, and submitting a form or creating an account confirms that the visitor meets these requirements and is acting on their own behalf or with proper authority to act for someone else.
Account responsibilitiesAccount holders agree to provide details that are truthful, current, and complete, to keep their login credentials private, and to accept responsibility for activity under their account, since quotes and coverage information built on inaccurate details can turn out wrong.
Text messagesVisitors who opt in during signup agree to receive marketing and promotional messages by SMS about EldoraCar consulting services, policy review invitations, and car insurance tips, message frequency may vary, standard message and data rates may apply, consent is not a condition of any purchase, and it can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP, while replying HELP provides assistance.
SMS Terms & Conditions
By submitting your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages from EldoraCar at the number provided. Messages are marketing and promotional messages about its consulting services, policy review invitations, and car insurance tips. This is a marketing program only, so EldoraCar does not send transactional or service messages to this number, including quote confirmations, coverage update alerts, renewal notices, and verification codes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to open an account, request a quote, or purchase any product or service.

Reply HELP at any time for assistance. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and opt out of further messages. You can also email maryeldora@eldoracar.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line to opt out. Replying STOP stops the messages straight away, and no further texts are sent unless you opt in again.

Our text messaging service supports the following carriers: AT&T, Boost, MetroPCS®, Sprint, T-Mobile®, US Cellular®, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Ownership of site contentThe content on this site, including text, layout, graphics, and the EldoraCar name and logo, belongs to the site operator or its licensors and may be viewed and saved for personal use but not copied, republished, or used commercially without permission.

Disputes and arbitrationAny dispute arising out of these terms or use of this site that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where the law provides otherwise, both sides waive the right to a trial by jury, claims may not be brought as part of a class or representative action, and the party raising a dispute agrees to first describe it through the contact channels at the end of this page so an informal resolution can be attempted in good faith.
Holding the site operator harmlessVisitors agree to hold the site operator harmless from claims, losses, and costs that arise from their own misuse of the site or their violation of these terms.
Site availabilityThe site may pause for maintenance, change features, or retire pages at any time without notice, and no compensation is owed for downtime.
